Draw in 3D with SketchUp!

Sat, September 12
10:00 am - 12:00 pm

There’s a reason SketchUp is synonymous with friendly and forgiving 3D modeling software: it doesn’t sacrifice usability for the sake of functionality. Start by drawing lines and shapes. Push and pull surfaces to turn them into 3D forms. Stretch, copy, rotate and paint to make anything you like. If you want to be productive within a couple of hours, you’ve come to the right place.

At this workshop presented by Eric Schimelpfenig, you will learn about some of the great things you can do with SketchUp and have a chance to get started with your own creations!

If you have a laptop that you can bring to the workshop, please download and install SketchUp before you arrive. We have a limited number of laptops available to be used for the workshop. If you would like to use one of these, please reserve it here.

Hi Julia. It depends a bit on the kid, but I think ages 10 and up with a parent or teens could come without assistance.
