WHEN
Sat, February 20 - Sun, February 21
1:00 pm - 4:00 pm
Refresh and expand your programming abilities with a dive into a fun standalone project! We’ll review basic Python skills, learn some new tricks, and come away with a fully functional program. Most of these classes are accessible to students who have taken Python I, but will also be new and interesting for more advanced Python students!
Python Weekend Intensive 4
For students who have taken Python 1 (key skills: input, lists, loops, functions), we’ll do some review and then learn how to use the os module to clear the console, making your program appear to be animated. Depending on student interest, we’ll apply this new approach to making a maze, a tic-tac-toe game, or an animated ASCII/Unicode drawing.
Python weekend intensives meet on Saturday and Sunday from 1:00 pm to 4:00pm. Please ask if you need a scholarship. We have some assistance available to make sure coding is accessible for everyone!
