Sat, March 13 - Sun, March 14
1:00 pm - 4:00 pm
Refresh and expand your programming abilities with a dive into a fun standalone project! We’ll review basic Python skills, learn some new tricks, and come away with a fully functional program. Most of these classes are accessible to students who have taken Python I, but will also be new and interesting for more advanced Python students!
Python Weekend Intensive 5
For students who have taken Python 2 (key skills: loops, functions, dictionaries, planning & debugging), we’ll revisit the Tic-Tac-Toe program and give it an upgrade: a player-vs-computer version. This class is an opportunity to hone your program and algorithm writing skills. (Students who can’t find their Tic-Tac-Toe code will be given a basic program to build off of. Students who have completed only Python 1 may be permitted to take this class; please email us to check!)
Python weekend intensives meet on Saturday and Sunday from 1:00 pm to 4:00pm. Please ask if you need a scholarship. We have some assistance available to make sure coding is accessible for everyone!
