Learn to program with Python on the Micro:Bit! Python is one of the most widely used programming languages in the world, simple in design but very flexible and powerful. We will use it to program the Micro:Bit. You’ll learn to make fun projects and games and design your own creations.
The Micro:Bit is a small computer that lets you get creative with digital technology, allowing you to build robots, musical instruments, and more while utilizing a matrix of 25 red leds, 2 programmable buttons, detect motion and direction with it’s accelerometer and compass, and communicate with other devices using Bluetooth.
These workshops are open to Python beginners as well as those with more experience. Bring your own Micro:Bit or use one of ours.
We will meet on Mondays in March from 6:00 to 7:30pm. Dates include 3/18, and 3/25, 4/1, and 4/8.
